How long is the guarantee valid?
The warranty period is generally 6 months. Please report a warranty claim to the shop where you purchased the product. To make a warranty claim, you will always need the invoice.
Where can I get spare parts?
If your damaged product is covered by the warranty, your retailer will take care of the repair of the product. Individual spare parts cannot be ordered from fillikid, but are ordered through retailers.
I would like to know the price of a product
fillikid is a wholesale company that only sells to specialist retailers. Prices for end consumers are set by the respective retailers, therefore we cannot give any binding price information.
Can I order directly from Fillikid?
No. We are not a retailer and therefore do not deliver to end consumers, but only from a certain minimum quantity exclusively to baby shops.
You are a retailer and want to include Fillikid products in your range?
Thank you for your interest in our products. It is best to send us a copy or scan of your trade licence and a short description of your company by post or email. We are happy to send you catalogues and price lists.
Where can I report a warranty claim?
Please report a warranty claim to the dealer from whom you purchased the product and submit the invoice. The dealer will take care of the rest.

To whom do the General Terms and Conditions apply?
The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to customers of fillikid.
Do the questions described here also apply to Peg Perego products?
Yes. The GTC and all issues dealt with here also apply to Peg Perego products. This concerns the handling of a warranty claim, repairs and spare parts deliveries (after presentation of the invoice to the retailer, the retailer takes over the handling). The warranty period is 6 months.
